It’s true! My good friends Pete and Jena play on a co-ed soccer team named “Chuck Norris”, and tonight I went to watch one of their games and take a few pictures.

It’s a good thing I’m a wedding and portrait photographer, because I suck at sports photography. =) Maybe it’s soccer that’s hard to shoot, but I have a new appreciation for professional sports photographers. I was told I couldn’t stand near the edge of the field, and was forced to shoot from the bleachers. That also made it difficult.

She then turned around kicked the crap out of the ball:

She’s seen the picture and says that she always has that face when she plays. She’s right!

Now all I have to do is wait for all those sports photo jobs to start rolling in. Ha!
